Returns & Exchanges

Repossi offers a complimentary return service for all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided the jewelry is in its original condition with all security tags intact. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging along with the certificate of authenticity to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Repossi box and secure it within the shipping carton, ensuring the certificate of authenticity and all protective packaging are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Schedule a complimentary courier pickup through our portal or drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location to finalize the return process.
